An innovative machine learning application that controls computer operations through gesture recognition. The system uses YOLO V5 algorithm for gesture recognition and tracking, supporting operations within a 4-meter range and effectively reducing repetitive muscle strain.
The design process included: user research, gesture design, machine learning model training, 3D modeling and prototyping. The final product features an aluminum alloy shell with ABS support plate inside, ensuring structural strength and heat dissipation.
A conceptual tractor and autonomous trailer system designed to address labor shortages and environmental challenges caused by China's rapid urbanization and aging population. Integrates GPS navigation, autonomous driving and multifunctional operation capabilities.
Design features include: slanted hood to reduce blind spots, high-visibility red and gold color scheme, modular trailer system. The trailer can navigate autonomously to destinations, detecting obstacles through sensors and stopping automatically.
Industrial automation product series designed for Beckhoff Automation, including ultra-compact industrial PC C6030, modular automation system MX-System, etc. The project covered product design, 3D rendering and animation presentation.
The design concept emphasizes simplicity, functionality and industrial aesthetics, with all products following a unified design language to ensure brand consistency. Used Cinema4D for high-quality rendering and KeyShot for real-time visualization.
A transformable workbench system developed in collaboration with Festool, supporting multiple work scenarios. The system includes three design concepts: Strongman, Transformer and Knick Knack, each addressing different user needs.
Technical features: height adjustable (50-120cm), load capacity 150kg+, foldable design for easy transport. Uses aluminum alloy frame and MDF panels, combined with Festool's modular system to provide flexible work solutions.
A specialized equipment design for crystal growth experiments, focusing on precision control and user-friendly operation. The project involved extensive research into material science and laboratory workflows.
The design features modular components for easy maintenance, intuitive control interfaces, and a clean aesthetic that aligns with laboratory environments. Special attention was given to thermal management and vibration reduction.
Exploration of industrial applications for 3D metal printing technology. This project involved designing functional components that leverage the unique capabilities of metal additive manufacturing while addressing its limitations.
The designs showcase complex geometries that would be impossible with traditional manufacturing methods, optimized for strength-to-weight ratio and thermal performance. Special focus was given to post-processing requirements and surface finish quality.

As an industrial designer at Beckhoff Automation, responsible for product rendering, animation and industrial design solutions, focusing on automation technology product design. Participated in several international collaboration projects, including the development of a workbench system with Festool.
My design philosophy is to create products that are both beautiful and practical, solving real problems through innovative human-computer interaction while paying attention to sustainability and social impact. Skilled in combining traditional design methods with emerging technologies such as 3D real-time rendering and AI-generated content.
